Job Opportunities — Trainers needed

Are you a trainer looking for a flexible job with one of Australia’s leading training providers?

National College of Business Management is searching for creative, motivated and enthusiastic Hospitality, Retail and Business trainers to join our team in Wollongong, Nowra and Batemans Bay. The role includes marketing, delivering and assessing accredited training programs in hospitality, retail and business services.

The successful candidates will have demonstrated experience in vocational education (classroom delivery), they will have strong attention to detail, an ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines. You will enjoy working autonomously whilst being an integral member of a larger team.

Ideally the successful applicant should possess:

  • Experience in Hospitality, Retail and Business;
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment;
  • Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to self-manage and work autonomously; and
  • A current driver’s license.

Additionally, it is desirable for applicants to hold one or more of the following qualifications:

  • Qualifications in hospitality; or
  • Qualifications in business; or
  • Qualifications in retail.

These jobs involve travel throughout the greater Illawarra and South Coast regions.

We are offering flexibility and support to the successful candidate and as such we these jobs can be either part time/full time or contracted positions depending on the individual candidate.
